St. Bernard Nursing & Rehab is a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in New Orleans, Louisiana. Led by a tenured and dedicated nursing team, we offer several highly skilled services, including occupational, physical, and speech therapy as well as wound care, dietary services, and more. We offer unique semi-private rooms so residents have their own space. As opposed to having side-by-side beds, each person has their own area separated by a shared bathroom, allowing for much more privacy. We take pride in providing the highest quality of care for both body and mind in a modern yet welcoming environment.

Team members can give guidance and help manage insurance paperwork for a seamless experience. Ultimately, our goal is to help residents return home feeling the best they can.
Long-Term Care
