She has extensive expertise in federal and state program compliance, as well as maximizing reimbursement under these payers, all while ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Rhiannon’s passion for educating and empowering people with knowledge has been the driving force in the successful operations of over 95 skilled nursing facilities throughout the United States.
Benjamin has over 15 years of experience in healthcare both as an operator and as an attorney. He has previously served in various internal counsel roles for Signature Healthcare, Prestige Healthcare and American Health Partners. Benjamin also practiced at Frost Brown Todd focusing on business combinations, primarily in healthcare transactions. In addition to Benjamin’s legal experience, he was a licensed nursing home administrator prior to attending law school. Benjamin’s legal and operational experience makes him uniquely qualified to support the business and clinical teams. As Chief Legal Officer, Benjamin is focused on regulatory compliance, business combinations, healthcare operations, labor & employment, and corporate governance.
Donald started in healthcare at a very young age as a state contractor for his family’s business in home health. Donald has over 12 years in healthcare with 7 years in the skilled nursing, most recently serving as a Regional Director of Operations. Donald is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, has a master’s in health administration and a master’s in business administration. He has demonstrated a passion for developing strong, patient-centric environments with capacity to lead all departments in collaborative efforts to achieve the highest standards of quality in service delivery. Donald directs financial planning and management to maximize revenue while ensuring patients receive the very best in quality care.
Nichole has been involved in the healthcare field for over 17 years in various roles. Nichole holds a Master of Science in Nursing, Nurse Executive concentration, coupled with RN and LNHA licensure, and Paralegal Certification. Nichole has been engaged in the Home Health and Hospice fields of Long-term care for 11 years, successfully managing interdisciplinary healthcare teams in over 70 homes, ensuring quality patient care is given, following state and federal regulations. Nichole’s commitment to higher level performance and standards, as Clinical Executive Director, earned Kindred Home Health and Hospice, ACHC Accreditation. For the past 6 years Nichole has focused on guiding and leading numerous skilled nursing facilities in achieving clinical and operational success. Nichole has completed this through implementation of successful scheduling models, integration of effective treatment plans, providing leadership to departments, establishing effective communication processes, managing finances and instituting policies that allow for optimal achievement in meeting SNF state and federal regulations.
Brian has been in the long-term care industry for over 15 years with experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, long term care pharmacy, therapy, and labs. Prior to joining Volare, Brian was the VP-Finance at Synchrony Health Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services. Synchrony provided long-term care pharmacy, mail order pharmacy, therapy, and lab services to over 200 skilled nursing facilities. Prior to Synchrony, Brian was Controller of Prestige Healthcare, and supported the growth from 17 skilled nursing facilities to 70 skilled nursing facilities in a three-year timeframe. As Chief Financial Officer, Brian is responsible for billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cash management, M&A, and all financials issued to stakeholders.
